Authoring Engine Not Accessible – Unable to Preview, Run, Validate, or Check-in Pipelines

We are experiencing a critical issue with the Authoring Engine. The engine is shown as not accessible, which prevents us from previewing, running, validating, or checking in pipelines. This is a Severity 1 issue with significant business impact.
