Unable to locate this UI option for support bundle

Hello,

I am going through the troubleshooting training material on the StreamSets Academy website. Course link: https://academy.streamsets.com/courses/troubleshooting-and-support/lessons/generating-a-support-bundle-in-the-streamsets-cloud-control-hub/

Unable to locate this UI (in the screenshot) shown in the training video at 1:00 onwards till 3:11. 

Is it not accessible during training?

Please click on Setup → Deployment → Select your engine

Here you will see the option for Support Bundle.

Hi Dhanashri,  the Troubleshooting course shows how to generate the bundle for both the DataOps Platform (newer SaaS product) and how to generate the bundle on the previous Control Hub (which can be deployed locally).  If you are using DataOps Platform, the steps in the referenced video won’t apply.

Saleem gave the correct steps if you are using the ‘older’ Control Hub.
