Data rule : trigger alert when a field (STRING) is not empty

Hi everyone,

I would like to trigger an alert when a field “text” is not empty (from Directory stage with Data Format as Text).

Nevertheless, even if text is not empty, the alert is not triggered.

I don’t understand what is wrong in the data rule. Any idea ?
