You need to make sure the Data Drift Enabled box is checked and the Table Auto Create box is checked. The user also needs to have correct permissions in order to create tables in Snowflake. You can also check the Snowflake History from the Snowflake console to see the commands we issue to Snowflake and see if there is more information as to why the table is not created.
