How to resolve the below on trying to add a new user into an SCH Organisation?
Organization Development Organization has 20 users which is the maximum allowed. Please contact support : SECURITY_51`.Answer:
Only the system administrator (admin@admin user) can go to Administration -> Organizations -> Gear 'Global Configuration'. There, change the Maximum number of user in the organization. This will be the default (for all Orgs.), if the Organization does not have a custom setting.
On the contrary, if you just want to do it for one specific Org., again as admin@admin go to Administration -> Organizations, select the Organization, select the Gear 'Configuration', and change the same config.
