Control Hub users are unable to reset their password after receiving their password reset email. After changing the password, Control Hub redirects them back to the password reset page.
Answer:
Sometimes this could happen if users are still logged in or due to the browser's cache.
First, try accessing Control Hub in a different browser or in private/incognito mode.
If this does not work, please contact your organization administrator to see if the Maximum password validity is set correctly. When Maximum password validity is set to 0 days, new users will be stuck in the password reset loop.
