Issue:
When an organization admin resets the password for the user to set a new password, the user is requested to write the old password.
Solution:
Sometimes this could happen if users are still logged in or due to the browser's cache.
When resetting the password, users should see only Enter Password + Verify Password options (like in the screenshot below). Resetting the cache in the browser or using another browser should help to see the correct options.
Also, here are some details about user roles, which are necessary for accessing Control Hub with Control Hub credentials or for users who need to run REST API calls when SAML is enabled (the password gets generated only for these user roles).
