500 Internal Error while running an existing pipeline

I have a StreamSets DC pipeline which I renamed and then checked in.
The pipeline exists. 

But now When I run the same pipeline with a new name it is throwing the below errors:

  1. While running Pipeline:
    https://<url>:18443/rest/v1/pipeline/testRun__ 500 Internal Error. 
  2. While trying to run the job and capture snapshot. :
    Pipeline doesn’t exist or might have been stopped.

Does anyone know why am I encountering this error?

There might be different reason for the issue.

Double-check if the pipeline exists in StreamSets DC with the new name you provided. Ensure that you're using the correct name and spelling. You can also confirm the existence of the pipeline by checking the StreamSets UI.

If the job is showing stop, then do a manual restart the job.

If possible , provide the error logs , so i can try to help you on the same.
