ADLS Destination does not have field delimiter and record delimiter in multicharacter delimited data format

Hi,
I am unable to see the option for Field Delimiter and Record Delimiter in the ADLS Destination for the Multicharacter Delimiter Format in my Trailer Account.

Can you please look into this issue as the documentation states that it should be there.

And can you please suggest if I want some of my output files to be in excel format then what should I do for it.
