We have hundreds of tables to replicate to Snowflake as our destination, so it makes sense to have StreamSets autocreate these at the destination with the correct DDL but the functionality does not seem to be working. Besides checking the 'Table Auto Create' box are there any other steps we should take?

You need to make sure the Data Drift Enabled box is checked and the Table Auto Create box is checked. The user also needs to have correct permissions in order to create tables in Snowflake. You can also check the Snowflake History from the Snowflake console to see the commands we issue to Snowflake and see if there is more information as to why the table is not created.
