Yes. You can connect to Oracle via the JDBC Origins whether on-prem or in the cloud as long as the DataCollector machine can access the on-prem Oracle using JDBC.

I will try this product for the first time.
We cannot access the internet where there is critical data.
How should I go about making a cdc copy from oracle to postgres in an environment where there is no internet.
Is this possible with streamsets?
Can you share a document that I can follow?
