I’m trying to automate our data restatement process. Based on the source field we are changing it to generic field as field1,field2,field3…..fieldN. But if we use Field Renamer stage it is mandatorily asking the exact source field name. Will it be possible to pass the index value instead of Source Field Name.

If you want to rename the field name , then you have to use the scripting processor(eg Jython,Groovy or java script)  in SDC.
