Wondering if there is a suggested configuration for an Oracle CDC client while developing? Problem is that with the default settings it takes minutes for the client to output data which makes for long turn around cycles (start pipeline, create some data, wait for the data to come through, run into error, fix error, etc)

Ideally the client would deliver records in near real time.
