How do I supply run-time resources to a deployment? What if I want to update the value of a resource?

Resources can be loaded into a deployment in a couple of ways: either interactively through the UI - which allows for easy updates of individual resource files; or via a Resource File, which contains a whole 'library' or resource files; in the latter case updating a single resource requires the repackaging of the Resource File and re-start of an Engine.
