Do I need a new activation key if I reinstall the Control Hub?
Answer:
Each license is activated for a specific Control Hub system ID and system ID should be stored in the database. If you are going to set up a new installation of Control hub and database, it may happen that you will need a new activation key for a new system ID.
However, if you are going to move the database and Control Hub to a different machine, the system ID of the Control Hub should remain the same and then you can use the old activation key.
To check the system id, you can run the command ""bin/streamsets dpmcli security systemId" in the directory where Control Hub is located.
