How to maintain active users for SteamSets support portal.

Guidelines for adding/removing active users:

Removing Users:

By emailing support@streamsets.com or submitting a ticket for removing users, a support representative will provide a list of active users of your organization.

Please select the users you would like to remove. If there are any active tickets under the user, the support representative will ask whom to move the ticket to. 

Adding Users:

Before adding support contacts, please read the StreamSets' support policy on support contacts guidelines. 

If your organization is under the max active user count, email support@streamsets.com or submit a ticket with emails and names of users and a support representative will add the users as a support contact for your organization.

 If your organization is at/over max active users, a support representative will let you know about it and before adding the new user you need to remove the existing user. To increase the maximum support contacts, contact your sales account representative.
