Issue:-
Oracle CDC Origin is consuming more than 80% CPU while processing lower number of records.
Resolution:-
Set Buffer Wait Strategy to BLOCKING.
Root Cause:-
New Oracle CDC Origin comes with new Buffer Wait Strategy options. Busy Spin would use the most amount of the CPU. The strategy can be set as per the environment setup and requirements.
