These are the steps to increase JVM Heap memory in SDC running in Cloudera cluster:
- Go to SDC Metrics page and check the current heap size
The middle graph shows the Default Heap memory of 1GB

Go to CM -> Streamsets -> Java options
Add -Xmx5120m -Xms5120m to increase to 5GB as shown in the screenshot below:
Restart Streamsets Data collector
Verify the new value reflects on the SDC Metrics page:
