Question:

One might see behavior where the user is unable to access the Data Collector and stuck on the Control Hub login splash page. 

 

Answer:

The error can occur due to corruption in the activation process. Once you unregistering and registering the Data Collector again, the user should be able to login to the Data Collector. 

If this behavior is occurring frequently or persisting after re-registration, please contact StreamSets support.
