ERROR: There is no system ID, it must be created

During Control Hub activation, running 

bin/streamsets dpmcli security systemId

causes this error

ERROR: There is no system ID, it must be created

This indicates that the Control Hub instance is missing its system ID. To fix this issue, simply add a '-c' flag to the above command which will generate a new system ID.

bin/streamsets dpmcli security systemId -c

Once your Control Hub instance has its new system ID, open a StreamSets support ticket or contact your StreamSets sales representative to request the activation key for your Control Hub system ID to activate your Control Hub license.
