From the SDC 3.0.0.0 in the SDC UI, you can find stages based on Execution Mode, which is set in Pipeline Configuration --> General tab --> Execution mode.
For example, this way if you choose Standalone Execution mode, you cannot see Hadoop FS origin and first, you need to change the mode to Cluster batch mode. Please see the attached print screen.
