NullPointerException when starting a pipeline

We are encountering a NullPointerException error when starting a pipeline which is moving the data into a BigQuery table from a postgres database. After a while (an hour) the pipeline is starting. We are using StreamSets 3.8.0

    @AncutaTita Can you please attach the pipeline and NPE stack-trace (if possible complete sdc.log file)?
