Question:
One might see behavior where users are able to login directly from the Control Hub splash page but unable to use their identity provider’s SAML application.
Answer:
This behavior is intended as Control Hub only supports SdP initiated login (ie Control Hub URL) and does not support IdP initiated logins (Okta, Google, Microsoft). See our SAML documentation under SAML authentication for more details.
