Deleting a Control Hub organization.

Deleting an organization in the StreamSets Control Hub is currently not supported.  When you try to delete an org within the StreamSets Control Hub you will likely see this message:

Deleting organization 'test.test' is not supported : SECURITY_100

The workaround is to mark the Organization inactive.
