Issue:
If you are trying to recreate an account for a user in Control Hub On-Prem (previously, the user had an account, but you needed to delete it and now you are trying to create an account for the same user), but you see 'User ID already exists : SECURITY_35' exception.
Solution:
From StreamSets Control Hub 3.14, one is able to recreate accounts with a user ID that were previously deleted.
As a workaround, for the one who are using the earlier version may recreate the user with a different User ID while assigning the same email address.
For example, if you have deleted the user test@company with email address test@company.com you can create a new user with test2@company with email address test@company.com
