Issue:

SDC fails to start with [THYCOTIC_02 - Store ID 'Couldn't connect to the Thycotic Secret Server 'url'', ] exception.

Solution:

To make this work, you need to configure the URL for Thycotic Server and credentials to Local Login in Thycotic Server.
