Issue:
- Unable to receive slack notification after enabling the job status change event in SCH subscription.
Troubleshooting steps:
- In SCH UI -> Administration -> Organizations -> Click on the Gear icon in the organization, check whether events to trigger subscriptions is enabled or not.
- If it's disabled, notifications are not sent using subscriptions. So, make sure it's enabled.
- In subscription configuration - check the Job Status Change condition, URI, Content-Type, and Payload.
- For testing, create a sample subscription, without any condition in Job Status Change and check whether the subscription is triggered or not.
- If a subscription is triggered but did not receive notification (slack), check the dpm.log file.
- If there is a 400 ERROR code for the notification app then please check the subscription configuration.
