Hi
Did you try Force Stop option? Also refer to the pipeline state transitions to understand how it got into that state.
Note: If you restart SDC the pipelines that were started at the time will start automatically when the SDC restarts so that may not solve your problem. I’d check the logs to see what went wrong.
