You cannot export a draft copy of the pipeline, you must check in the pipeline first. Then you can easily export a pipeline using the ‘export pipeline’ button in the pipeline editor.
When importing a pipeline you should make sure you have an engine with the same version.
If you do not have an engine that is the same version, you will need to upgrade the pipeline to make sure it matches the data collector’s requirements.
